Exchange policy

We always want you to be satisfied and satisfied with every product purchased in our store. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, depending on the specific product, we will accept exchange/return after purchase with the following conditions:

  • Return period: 3 days after receiving the goods
  • All products are not damaged.
  • There is a purchase invoice.
  • Full range of products and gifts included are new.
  • All products still have their labels intact.
  • Exchanges or returns are only allowed at the point of purchase.
  • You may exchange it for any other product of equal value. When paying with a Return Voucher, make sure your transaction value is equal to or greater than the voucher value.
  • In the case of online purchases. Please bring your order confirmation to the store.
  • In case products are purchased in promotions/gifts, such as BUY 1-GET 1, when returning goods, you must return the free products attached.
  • Products purchased during the Sale or Promotion period are non-refundable.
