We use two different box sizes for packing:
- Small size: maxium 14kg
- Big size: maxium 28kg
2. Shipping fee
- New shipping fee applies from 1/8/2024
- Shipping costs are automatically and accurately calculated by the system based on the above price list, you can rest assured
- In case you order more than 112kg please contact us directly
- In addition to shipping costs, if you pay by Cash on Delivery (DAIBIKI), there will be an additional fee to collect from the shipping company with the following fees:

Over ¥9,671: ¥440
3. About delivery
Delivery Time Selection Service
This service allows delivery to individual customers
We can deliver in the time slot of your choice. The following 5 time slots are available for deliveries.
- Morning (08:00 to 12:00)
- 14:00 to 16:00
- 16:00 to 18:00
- 18:00 to 20:00
- 19:00 to 21:00
※ According to the shipping partner’s policy, the goods will be delivered within the specified time frame but cannot be delivered at the exact time.
